Our Testing & Inspection Process

We follow a comprehensive, multi-step inspection process to guarantee zero-defect products.

01 Raw Material Verification

All incoming materials are quarantined and subjected to Positive Material Identification (PMI) and chemical analysis to verify grade and composition.

02 In-Process Monitoring

Our quality team monitors every stage, from forging and heat treatment to machining, ensuring dimensional tolerances are strictly met.

03 Final Inspection & Testing

100% visual and dimensional inspection of finished products. Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) such as Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle, or Dye Penetrant is performed as per standards.

04 Certification & Dispatch

All products are bundled with Mill Test Certificates (MTC) as per EN 10204 3.1, third-party inspection reports, and are securely packaged to prevent damage.
